 In
contrast to his design work which requires him to work in a
structured frame work, tc’s works are studies in movement, texture
and color. Currently working in acrylics, tc approaches each canvas
in an aggressive manner, letting the paint on canvas steer the
direction of the finished piece. each piece is intended for the
viewer to interpret their own vision. though he does title each work,
it is intended to illicit a response by the viewer. | TC Hoffman
TC Hoffman was born and raised in the south, but has lived in milwaukee the majority of his life. with a degree in architecture from the university of illinois, tc has been in the design field since college and now has a thriving interior design business.
His interest in art began in high school where he won his first art award. Several years ago tc decided to continue his painting interest and has studied under Terry Coffman. TC is the principal of Tom Hoffman Design, a residential and corporate interior design firm.  |
